Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Post-natal Care terhadap Kepuasan Ibu Post-partum di Puskesmas Kandangan, Kediri

Two out of three most common factors causing maternal deaths in Indonesia are bleeding and infections that occur in postpartum mothers. One important factor in postnatal care (PNC) services is the satisfaction of postpartum mothers with the care they receive. The study aimed to study the influence of postnatal care service quality on the satisfaction of postpartum mothers. This is a quantitative approach and the satisfaction dimension, including technical competence, effectiveness, efficiency, safety, information, punctuality, and interpersonal relationships. Data were collected by interviews using questionnaires and statistically analyzed using a t-test followed by multiple linear regression with the constant value of 0.678. The result showed that the dimensions of technical competence, efficiency, safety, information, punctuality, and interpersonal relationships affect postpartum maternal satisfaction. Meanwhile, the effectiveness dimension does not affect postpartum maternal satisfaction, and the efficiency dimension has the highest effect on postpartum maternal satisfaction at Kandangan Public Health Center, Kediri.
